Ingredients

  • ½ cup 125g Nut Butter
  • ¼ cup 56g Butter
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Pecans crushed
  • 1 tbsp. Keto Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the nut butter, butter, and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds until everything is softened. Stir the mixture until fully melted and smooth.
  • Once melted, add in the crushed pecans and keto maple syrup. Mix thoroughly to ensure the pecans are evenly distributed and the syrup is well incorporated.
  • Pour or spoon the mixture into a silicone mold of your choice. You can use any mold size, but silicone is recommended to make removing the fat bombs easier once frozen.
  • Place the mold in the freezer for at least an hour, or until the goodies are solid. Once frozen, pop them out of the mold and enjoy!

Notes

To store your Old Fashioned Maple Nut Goodies, keep them in an airtight container in the freezer.
They’ll stay firm and fresh for up to a month. Simply pop one out when you’re ready for a snack. For best texture, enjoy them straight from the freezer as they may soften at room temperature.
