Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Take the 3 heads of garlic and, in the preheated oven and roast the garlic for 30 minutes.
Once the garlic is roasted, allow it to cool until it’s safe to handle. Squeeze the soft, roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a plate.
Drizzle a generous amount of high-quality olive oil over the roasted garlic. Sprinkle dried oregano and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes on top. Season with a bit more salt to taste.
Finish your dipping seasoning by drizzling a bit of balsamic glaze over the mixture. This adds a sweet, tangy note that complements the rich garlic and herbs beautifully.
