4large sweet potatoesabout 1.5 kg, peeled and cubed

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Place the sweet potato cubes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the sweet potatoes until smooth. Stir in the brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined and smooth.
Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly. In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans, mini marshmallows, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the sweet potato mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
