Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices center cut bacon
  • 1 lb. extra fine green beans
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn drained
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup French fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 6 slices of bacon on a baking sheet and bake until crispy, about 12 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop coarsely.
  • Cook green beans in a microwave-safe container with 2 tablespoons of water for 6 minutes. Drain and chop the green beans in half.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the French fried onions. Mix thoroughly. Coat a 9×12-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add the mixture to the pan and top with French fried onions.
  • Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
